Return Policy (30 Days)
You have 30 days from receiving your item to initiate a return if you wish to do so. To qualify for a return, ensure that the item is in the condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon reception. If you find any defects, damage, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom products (special orders, personalized items), and personal care goods (beauty products). Exchanges
For an exchange, return the item you have and, once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For customers within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must meet the conditions required for a standard return.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Remember, your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
