1.1 Can i also pick up my order?
No, unfortunately picking up orders is not possible.
1.2 Can i track my package?
You will receive a confirmation e-mail with a track & trace code.
1.3 I received the wrong product!
If you have received the wrong product, please contact our customer service by sending an e-mail to: [email protected]
1.4 Can I return or exchange a product?
Exchanging products is not possible. However, it's possible to return a product under the following conditions:
- Your product is not personalised.
- You send it back within 14 days after receiving the order
- All products are still in the original packaging / sealing are unworn, undamaged, clean and unused.

3.1 When do out of stock products come back in stock?
That depends on the product. Some products come back in stock, and some not.
3.2 The product dissapeared when ordering, how is this possible?
Sometimes it happens that the product is sold out before you have confirmed your order. The product will then disappear from your shopping basket and webshop.
