Returns

When you order products from a MerchPlanet associated webshop and have them delivered at home, you have 14 days to decide whether to keep the products or not. Should you decide within that period to return the items, you can request a return via your account, explanation below.

Our conditions for returning products:

  • The shipping costs for returning the products will be paid by the customer.
  • After we receive your products, you will get a full refund within 14 days.
  • Always make sure to get a proof of delivery after you return your products to avoid discussions.
  • It is not possible to return products which have been worn, washed and/or used.

MerchPlanet is based in the Netherlands and abides the Dutch law. Read more about the conditions here (only available in Dutch at the moment). 

PRODUCT RETURN STEP-BY-STEP:

STEP 1: GO TO YOUR ACCOUNT AND SUBMIT A RETURN
Go to “my account” and check your “order history and details”. Click the “details” button of your order and go to “merchandise returns”. Mark the corresponding boxes of the item(s) you want to return and provide an explanation for the return. When complete, click the button “Make an RMA slip”.
STEP 2: WAIT FOR CONFIRMATION AND PRINT RETURN SLIP
Your return request is now logged and will be processed as soon as possible. Once you have confirmation, go to your account and check “my merchandise returns” and print the return slip.
STEP 3: SEND YOUR PACKAGE TO US (INCLUDING RETURN SLIP)
Please include the return slip to your package with the goods you want to return and send it to the following address:

STEP 4: NOTIFICATION BY EMAIL WHEN WE RECEIVE PACKAGE
When we receive your package, we will notify you by email. We will then begin processing order reimbursement.
STEP 5: ORDER REIMBURSEMENT
If the conditions of returned products meet the requirements we will reimburse you within 14 days.



If the conditions for returning products are not respected we reserve the rights to refuse your package and/or reimbursement.
